  About You:

  Are you a hacker with good commercial sense and leadership skills? Do you think you are a strategic decision maker who can produce creative solutions by taking into considerations any trade-offs?

  This roles requires years of experience delivering commercially successful products as a technical leader and leading at least one large engineering team. You know how to inspire, motivate and mentor engineers. You are opinionated but also listen to feedbacks, not afraid of experimenting with new ideas from your team.

  You have hands-on software development experience, we like our CTO to love getting its hands dirty with hacking, data analysis and coding. You will need knowledge, born from experience, of how to design and ship complex features across the whole stack.

  You should have the skills for building highly scalable products and programs that respond to tens of millions of impressions every hour, develop retargeting algorithms and manage telecommunication services with users all around the world.

• Interactive Creative Designer

  About You:

  Do you have a keen eye for new technologies and platforms and consider yourself to be a digital design expert, innovator and a team player? Do you make commercial designs and measure the result of your work?

  This role requires a creative mindset. You should have the knowledge and be an expert in persuasive design. You will conceptualize and drive the creation of exciting online and mobile-first marketing campaigns, banner ads, landing pages and rich-media creatives.

  You have a great understanding of conversion optimization and experience in crafting landing page UI/UX, especially for mobile.

  You understand User Experience and the importance of engaging users with clear and direct call to actions. In our result driven team, you should focus on high quality aesthetics, conversion and results.

  You should be able to explain the rationale behind your creative choices and how they help in attracting our target customers.

  Your Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging banners and commercial responsive landing pages
  • Decent illustration skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Three or more years of experience (hands-on experience in designing successful mobile advertisements is a plus)
  • Constantly optimize existing designs in terms of conversion based on test results.
  • You have mastered front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, CSS animations and JavaScript.
  • You have a good sense of typography, use of colors and layouts.
  • Strong communicator in English
